Connecting to Boater Wi-Fi using a Windows Computer.



Let's get your Windows computer connected to the Wi-Fi! It's pretty simple.

Step 1: Find the Wi-Fi Icon
  • Look at the bottom right corner of your computer screen. You'll see a few small pictures. One of them looks like little waves. This is the Wi-Fi icon. 

  • If you don't see it, click the small upward-pointing arrow to see more icons.


Step 2: Click the Wi-Fi Icon
  • Gently click on the Wi-Fi icon. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear.

Step 3: Choose Your Wi-Fi Network

  • Look for BOATER WIFI in the list.
  • Click BOATER WIFI.
    **If you have your own custom Wi-Fi connect to that instead!

Step 4: Enter the Wi-Fi Password
  • You'll be asked for a password. Please, enter wireless

  • Type the password carefully. It's all in small caps.

  • Click the "Connect" or "Next" button.
    **If you have your own custom Wi-Fi, please use your own password.


Step 5: Wait for Connection
  • Your computer will try to connect to the Wi-Fi. This might take a few seconds.
  • You'll see a message when you're connected. 

That's it! You've successfully connected to Wi-Fi. Now you can browse the web, check your emails, or watch videos to your heart's content. Enjoy the magic of being online!
