How to Turn On Wi-Fi Calling on Your Samsung Phone
Step 1: Open Your Settings
Start by finding the Settings app on your phone. It usually looks like a little gear icon 
. Tap on it to open.
Step 2: Find “Connections”
Once you're in the settings, scroll down a bit until you see an option that says Connections. Tap on it. This is where you manage things like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and more.
Step 3: Tap on “Wi-Fi Calling”
In the Connections menu, look for Wi-Fi Calling. Go ahead and tap on it to turn it ON,
Step 4: Set Your Emergency Location
If this is your first time turning on Wi-Fi calling, your phone might ask you to enter your emergency address.
Review the Important Information prompt, then scroll to and select Continue. Enter your emergency address, then select Verify address.
Step 5: Check the Status
Once Wi-Fi calling is on, you should see a little 
Wi-Fi icon with a phone next to it in your status bar at the top of your screen. This means Wi-Fi calling is ready to go!
